Faulty Goods:

You must notify our office within 48 Hours of finding the manufacturing fault through email or ring where we will try to diagnose the faulty part etc.  We will arrange for replacement parts or whole items to be delivered to you at NO COST TO YOU to help replace the part you accept that we do not offer labour in replacing Faulty parts! Do not book your installer until you have received and checked all the goods are present and are in good non faulty condition.  No responsibility can be accepted for any claims once the item is fitted.  We do not cover for consequential loss, labour costs either way!

If you wish to cancel your order after receiving goods which are not damaged or faulty then the items may be returned if you contact us within 48HRS 1 days by email or ring us, info@forthillgroup.co.uk or phone (0870 315 4455) for a RMA (Return merchandise authorisation) which must be shown outside the package. Any items returned without a RMA will be refused by our goods inwards department. We do not refund courier costs either way. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item(s) reach us in good condition and we will not be responsible for loss or damage of returned items so please ensure you take out the correct insurance cover. The customer must arrange for the return. Any non-faulty items will incur up to 20% an admin and re-stocking charge. Some items that are non-returnable will be advertised as such.  Purchases made by businesses are not subject to cancellation. 

Once an item has been dispatched but has yet to be delivered we can try to request our couriers not to deliver the goods to you but to return the goods to us.  You accept that we will give you a refund for the product minus 20% admin and re-stocking costs but we will be unable to offer a refund for the postage / delivery costs as we will have already incurred this! 

We always insist that you take out sufficient delivery insurance as if the goods do not arrive in original and re-saleable condition we will be unable to offer the refund.  You will then have to re-arrange for the goods to be collected from our Warehouse. If you haven't arranged or the Goods have not been collected within 28 days of receiving our email being sent stating that the goods did not arrive in original and re-saleable condition, we will assume you do not want to collect the goods and we will dispose of the items!

You Agree All goods must be checked on delivery and not signed for until you are satisfied. If in doubt please sign as damaged and report to us within 48 hours - claims for damaged items will not be otherwise accepted. Terms such as Unchecked or Not Checked are taken as clear acceptance of goods.

Do not book your installer until you have received and checked the goods.
No responsibility can be accepted for any claims once the item is fitted.
We do not cover for consequential loss, labour or courier / transportation costs.
